If you're not ready to act, give me a break and shut up!

1. 4 egg omlette  + slice of cheese + pint of whole milk (4x fish oil caps + 4x vit D)
2. Greek yoghurt + 1x scoop of whey
3. Chicken Breast
4. Chicken Breast + Spinach + Carrot + glass of Jersey milk
5. 2 scoops of whey/maltodextrin mix
6. 2 scoops of whey/maltodextrin mix
7. Anchovies + Linguine
8. Nachos!

Work Out
Full intention to do 20 rep squat work out but was much too tired!

Seated DB Press
Front Squat & Back Squats
Pull overs
Bench Press
Bent over DB row
Pull overs
